Elden Ring Nightreign: Augur Raid Guide

There are five types of Raids in Elden Ring Nightreign. If you aren’t familiar, Raids are random occurrences that can happen on an expedition that involve a boss appearing somewhere on the map. Defeating the boss can earn you and your teammates a Power.

One of the rarest Raids in Elden Ring Nightreign is Augur, which has the player facing a mini-boss version of Maris, Fathom of the Night. Fortunately, defeating the mini-boss version of Maris is much easier than the Nightlord.

If you’re looking to get the trophy for the Augur Raid, or maybe just want to learn about what it entails, this guide is for you. Here’s everything there is to know about the Augur Raid in Elden Ring Nightreign.

How to Start the Augur Raid in Elden Ring Nightreign

How to Trigger Augur Raid Elden Ring Nightreign

Due to the randomization of Elden Ring Nightreign, there is no way to trigger the Augur Raid. It’s one of the rarest raids in the game and comes down to RNG. In other words, you have to hope the game “rolls” it into your expedition.

However, I have had the most luck getting the Augur Raid to spawn on the Equilibrious Beast and Darkdrift Knight Expeditions. In this case, I recommend running these two expeditions over and over again until the raid finally appears.

Augur Raid, Explained

Elden Ring Nightreign Augur Raid Explained

When the Augur Raid begins, the words “Giant bubbles are forming” will appear in the upper right corner of the screen. This will spawn giant blue bubbles in the sky, with one main dome-like bubble on the ground. Walk into the bubble on the ground to begin the Augur Raid.

Keep in mind that these bubbles either have a chance to spawn right on top of you, immediately bringing you to the boss fight, or you have to traverse to the bubble and enter it yourself. There were a couple of times I couldn’t get to it due to the impending storm, so make sure to be quick.

If you’re having trouble locating the bubble, check your map, as the game will create a raid marker for you. Make sure to ping its location to let your teammates know where it’s located.

Once you complete the Augur Raid, the bubbles will disappear from the map and your entire team will earn a Power.

Augur Raid Rewards

Augur Raid Rewards Elden Ring Nightreign

As previously mentioned, the Augur Raid is pretty easy and doesn’t require a very high level to complete. For reference, I beat it when I was only level 4 during my expedition.

In that case, you really shouldn’t have trouble getting the rewards from it. Completing the Augur Raid by defeating the boss will reward players with the Unifying Fate Power. Additionally, players will be rewarded with a hefty amount of Runes.

Unifying Fate makes it where using flasks also restores FP, allowing players to cast more spells and execute weapon skills more frequently. This buff lasts for the entire duration of the expedition for each teammate.

This Power is especially useful for those who play as Revenant or Recluse, considering they are FP-heavy characters. Being able to cast more spells during Day 3 can make a huge difference against the Nightlord, so earning this Power is very much worth it.
