The latest Major Order has arrived, tasking players to liberate both Fori Prime and Zagon Prime before it’s too late. While the task may seem like a monumental one, one Helldiver has taken it upon themselves to create the ultimate battle plan.
Helldivers 2’s newest Major Order arrived yesterday, which means there are now roughly 48 hours left for players to get the job done. While some players have said that they don’t think this task is possible in just 3 days, others are pulling up their socks and doing what they do best…fighting for democracy!
Helldivers 2 Finally Fixes Dreaded Locked Difficulty Bug
If you haven’t seen the fix already, Arrowhead says you’ll likely see it sometime tomorrow.
After one user reminded players that some Major Orders are “meant to fail,” a fellow Helldiver responded by saying they believe it is a test from the almighty Joel to see if the community can rally together to organize an optimal path to victory.
Well, Reddit user djfariel took that personally.
Reddit User Creates Ultimate Helldivers 2 Battle Plan
Shortly after the latest Major Order was passed down from Joel (praise Joel, God of War), djfariel took to the Helldivers subreddit to share their master plan on how to effectively take both Fori Prime and Zagon Prime.
In the battle plan, which you can check out below, the user begins by stating that players need to abandon Crimsica as it “only serves as a distraction.” They also note that Automotons should be completely abandoned, which I don’t think the community will have any problem doing.
Now that we’ve got all of the abandoning out of the way, djfariel instructs Helldivers to avoid pushing into the L’estrade Sectory as “we cannot determine the resistance there.”
After that…well, there’s a lot of arrows and numbers. Thankfully, the user also published a simplified version of the battle plan, which you can check out below:
- Kill Estanu
- Then kill Fori Prime
- Then kill Hellmire
- Then kill Nivel 43
- Then kill Zagon Prime
Djfariel also explained why fellow players should abandon the Automaton front for the time being. “We currently have them quarantined and have afforded ourselves some breathing room. We need a major concerted effort to complete this Major Order in time.”
As for why they think avoiding Oshaune and Omicron are smart battle tactics, the user said, “Omicron has single-handedly been supplying both sectors we’ve been fighting bugs in. While it may seem like a good idea to try to cut off supplies to Zagon Prime and hit it from behind, we will have to push through what is likely to be the heaviest bug resistance we’ve ever seen to get there.”
Looks like this user has things all figured out. But will it be enough to take both Fori Prime and Zagon Prime in just 3 days?
