Having a Pal that excels in medicine production will significantly speed up the crafting process.

If you’re short on time or resources, you should consider buying High-Grade Medical Supplies from a merchant. You can do this by running into a merchant out in the world or visiting a small settlement where you can find a merchant. Either way, High-Grade Medical Supplies are going to set you back 3,000 gold. It’s not a terrible price if you’re in an emergency, but it’s not exactly the best price if you need more than one. As with most things, crafting is going to be your cheapest option.

How To Give Your Pal Medicine

Once you have the medicine you need, it’s pretty easy to give it to your Pal. All you need to do is get close to them, open up the command wheel, select “Feed” and then select the medicine you’re trying to administer. That’s all there is to it!
