Henry will be understandably confused and will ask for an explanation, followed by what the next task the miller has for him.

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: 10 Best Ways To Make Money Fast

If you need a few extra Gloschen, these methods will help in a pinch.

He needs an alchemical cookbook from the Scribe Erazim. But to get the book you need to find a woman who has to distract the Chamberlin Ulrich and get you the Castle.

He suggests you go to the Zhelejov Baths and talk to Dorothy to find the right girl. You also need to get her mintha perfume and a red dress so that she fits the role of a lady.

Where To Find A Companion For Chamberlin Ulrich?

Fast travel to Zhelejov Baths and talk to Dorothy. Tell her that Kreyzl is looking for a girl to pose as a lady. Henry will now tell Dorothy the miller’s offer and she will summon the girls.

None of the girls will be ready for the job and Dorothy won’t send them. However, Dorothy will suggest that you talk to the nomad girl.

You will now find a new marker D on your compass, which leads you to Enneleyn. Follow the marker southwest until you reach her.

Talk to Enneleyn, offer her the job Kreyzl has, and explain how he wants her to “get acquainted with” the chamberlain. Exhaust her dialogues, and you will have to bring her the red dress and perfume.

You can also agree to bring her some wine to increase your reputation with her.

Where To Find The Dress For Enneleyn?

Steal The Tyrol Brocade Cothedardie Dress From Tailor Bartoshek

Fast Travel to Troskowitz and go to Tailor Bartoshek. In the Other Clothes section of his shop you can buy the Tyrol Brocade Cothedardie dress for 272.1 Groschen.

You always have the option to haggle over the price to get it for a cheaper price.

To save some money, wait for the Tailor to move towards his shelf. Now sneak behind the counter, and you can steal the dress without him noticing. Make sure to save your game before, so you can reload if you get caught. You can take him down if he keeps turning while you are trying to steal.

Before you steal the dress or leave, make sure you also buy some wedding clothes for yourself. Ideally, you want items that raise your charisma to 16 or more.

How To Get Mintha Perfume

Pickpocket Betty At Night And Steal Mintha Perfume From Her

There are 3 ways to get Mintha perfume. You could either buy it from Innkeeper Betty, pickpocket her for it while she sleeps at night, or brew it yourself.

If you have high Thievery skills, robbing her is the easiest option. Alternatively, you can buy the perfume’s recipe from the alchemist.

To brew this perfume yourself you need:

  • Dandelions x3
  • Marigold x1
  • Mint x1

Here is how you can make it:

  1. Go to the alchemy table and use wine as your base.
  2. Add 1 handful of mint and 3 handfuls of dandelion to the mortar, grind them and add the powder to the cauldron.
  3. Move the cauldron down and boil the mixture for 2 turns.
  4. Next, move the cauldron up, add 1 marigold to it and bring it back down.
  5. Now again boil the mixture for 1 turn.
  6. Grab a phial and distill the mixture.

You don’t have to get the perfect perfume. So, even if you get a weak mixture, you will be able to use it for the quest.

Go To The Wedding With Enneleyn

If you are planning to complete all the side quests in the game, then it is better if you complete the Blacksmith’s questline first. Radovan’s quests The Blacksmith’s Son, The Jaunt, and The Hermit take place before the wedding. Meanwhile, some parts of the Opus Magnum occur during the wedding and the rest after it.

Wear your clothes with high charisma, then go back to Enneleyn at the nomad’s camp with the dress and the perfume ready. Hand her the items and wait for her to get dressed, and then you can go together.

For now, this side quest will pause until you complete the main quests, Wedding Crashers and For Whom The Bells Tolls.

After completing the two quests, you will be able to move around the castle once you start the quest Back In The Saddle. You can now also resume Opus Magnum.

Where To Find The Scribe And The Alchemical Cookbook?

Talk To The Scribe About The Alchemical Cookbook

Go to the room where you bribed the guard with some meat during the For Whom the Bells Tolls mission and follow the quest marker K upstairs to find the Scribe.

Talk to the Scribe Erazim, and tell him you would like to borrow a book. He will ask you why you are interested in this book, choose “There are some interesting ideas in it.” He will now tell you that Lord Nikvard borrowed the book and hasn’t returned it yet.

Exhaust his dialogue and tell the Scribe that you will look for Nikvard. He will tell you that you can talk to Bertha the cook, Regina the maid, and Hersh the hand to get more clues about finding him.

Find Out What Happened To Lord Nikvard

Start by talking to Cook Bertha and asking her about Nikvard. She will tell you that she hasn’t seen Nikvard since the last medicine she brewed for him.

Bertha will now try keeping his secret, but you could either bribe her to get the information or pass the skill check and lie to her. She will tell Nikvard must be in the privy by the training ground below the guardhouse.

You can talk to Regina, the maid, and she will ask you to read the message Nikvard gave her. After the vague message, she will tell you she saw Nikvard at the Knight’s hall.

Finally, talk to the hired hand, Hersh, and he will think you are a spy. To clear his doubts, you need to get him a sword. You can find a long wooden sword at the combat training ground.

Bring him the sword, and he will tell you that Nikvard wanted Hersh to fetch him something from outside the castle. But before he could ask what he wanted, Nikvard ran off.

How To Get The Lightbringer’s Secret Book

You need to progress Back in the Saddle main quest until you can leave Trosky before you can get to the book.

Go to the Scribe and tell him what you found about Nikvard. Choose the option “The book fell into the privy”. Follow the marker M on your compass to find Nikvard.

You can find the book on the ground. Grab the book and all that is left is to bring the book back to Kreyzl.

How To Complete Opus Magnum And Get The Secret Ending

This quest, interestingly, has two different endings. To get the normal ending, you have to go back to the miller Kreyzl, and hand him the book. He will tell you to meet him at the Lair to finally witness what they have been making instead of the Golem.

As for the alternate ending, you have to report to the Bailiff Thrush on what Kreyzl has been up to. Talk to the Bailiff before giving Miller the book. He suggests you continue what you have been doing to get more evidence on Kreyzl.

After you witness what happened at the Lair, go back to the Bailiff and tell him everything that you saw. The Bailiff will now take some men and tell you to lead them to the Lair and confront the miller.

This ending concludes with Kreyzl, Bonnie, and Zinek getting hanged.
